1. Download Zend Infrastracture installer at

-http://framework.zend.com/downloads/latest

– save it anywhere on your pc

– unzip the downloaded file

2. Create a folder anywhere for the zend framework (working tools/library)

– e.g.  c:\wamp\www\php\bin\zend_framework

Remember to enable short_open_tag -> inside php.ini which is normally off after install, so that you can use all the short codes you want in php —– “NEVER FORGET”
